You may see that without supervision, guards may feel that their job role is not important, which can lead to unmotivated staff. An example of supervision would be guard check-ins or random spot checks.
It’s extremely important that you verify your guard’s qualifications, making sure they are fully licensed etc. Also make sure that the training provided for the guards is adequate.
